- When does a referral count?
- When someone buys within 60 days of clicking your link. If they clicked a different affiliate's link more recently, that one gets the sale.
- Do renewals pay?
- Yes, for 12 months from that customer's first purchase. After that the referral stops earning and the customer stays with us.
- Can I refer myself?
- No. A commission on your own purchase is just a discount, and we void those.
- Can the terms change?
- For new referrals, yes, and you would hear about it first. Anything already earning keeps its rate and its 12 months.
